Cilj rada bio je da se ustanovi povezanost rezultata higijenskog skora proizvodnog procesa na farmi i parametara kvaliteta sirovog mlijeka (broj somatskih celija i ukupni broj mikroorganizama). Vrijednost higijenskog skora proizvodnog procesa na ukupno 25 ispitanih farmi podijeljenih u tri grupe (grupa A, n=5, velike farme; grupa B, n=10, manje farme, i grupa C, n=10, individualni proizvođaci) ustanovljena je uz pomoc upitnika datog u radu, a vrijednosti broja somatskih celija i ukupnog broja mikroorganizama uz pomoc aparata Fossomatic TM Minor i Bactoscan TM TC50.
The present study focuses on the actions for health promotion produced by Psychology in the health care network as described in scientific journals for both the implantation and implementation of the National Health Promotion Policy. The journals, as well as the Declaration of Alma-Ata, the Ottawa Charter and the Resolution 687/06 itself, constitute the analyzed materials. The conceptual tools of this analysis are grounded on Foucauldian discussions about the regimes of truth and subjectivation policies. The discussions consider the psychological practices in primary health care as a field of experience that constitutes the group figure shaped through testimony and learning as technologies of government of both the self and the other.
Introduction: Our aim was to evaluate quality of life (QOL) as a predictor of work abilities of employees in a tobacco factory. Methods: The study was performed in the period between 2011 and 2012. The sample comprised of 270 workers, males and females, aged from 20-65, with different educational backgrounds. The study was performed as cross-sectional research, on a voluntary basis, using two standardized and anonymous questionnaires: The World Health Organization Quality of Life-Brief Version questionnaire (WHOQOL-BREF) and the Work Ability Index questionnaire (WAI).Results: The participants subjectively perceived high values of QOL in general, with the highest values in the area of living environment. The lowest value was in the area of social interactions. Statistically significant differences were observed in the subjective assessments of QOL, especially in three defined areas (physical health, mental health, and social interactions). Workers age 50-65 years and workers with basic (primary) level of education exhibited a suboptimal (<70%) values in total value and the values of individually defined areas of QOL.Conclusions: Strong predictors of exemplary work ability of employees are good physical and mental health, younger age, and higher level of education. A link was observed between suboptimal work ability and dissatisfaction with profession and working environment, frequent illness, absenteeism, and exposure to health risks at the workplace.
A bstractWe propose a coherent explanation for the 750 GeV diphoton anomaly and the hints of deviations from Lepton Flavor Universality in B decays in terms a new strongly interacting sector with vectorlike confinement. The diphoton excess arises from the decay ofone of the pseudo-Nambu-Goldstone bosons of the new sector, while the flavor anomalies are a manifestation of the exchange of the corresponding vector resonances (with masses in the 1.5-2.5 TeV range). We provide explicit examples (with detailed particle content and group structure) of the new sector, discussing both the low-energy flavor-physics phenomenology and the signatures at high pT . We show that specific models can provide an excellent fit to all available data. A key feature of all realizations is a sizable broad excess in the tails of τ+τ− invariant mass distribution in p p → τ+τ−, that should be accessible at the LHC in the near future.
Background: According to recent statistics, the number of people who had fled their own home by 2015 was 59.5 million. In this context, the number of people who need a third person as a language link in communication with health care services has increased dramatically. This issue has led to a major challenge to healthcare providers to fulfill immigrants’ needs in communication with health care services in resettlement countries. Aim: To study Kurdish refugees’ experiences concerning communication with health care services in resettlement countries. Methods: Focus group interviews carried out with five groups of Kurdish refugees (N=21). The group interviews were transcribed, interpreted, analyzed and the text was categorized according to the content analysis method. Results: A number of difficulties regarding communication with health care services with the use of an interpreter, as well as with immigrants’ independent communication, were highlighted by the present study. Participants’ dissatisfaction with interpreters, and their competence in communication through an interpreter were reasons why some of them avoided using an interpreter although their language knowledge was limited. The other group finally had to use interpreters following their exaggeration of their language ability, meanwhile the third group waited until their language skills were good enough for independent communication. Conclusion: A number of difficulties concerning the Kurdish refugees’ communication with health care services in Scandinavian countries were revealed by the present study. Interpreters’ linguistic incompetence, their relatives’ impartially and lack of language knowledge in communication through interpreters were problems mentioned by participants. Dissatisfaction with professional interpreters’ competence, exaggeration of their own language ability by some of the participants and sufficient language knowledge were motives for Kurdish refugees’ tendency to make independent communication with health care services.
