Aim: Aggressive periodontitis (AgP) is a severe, rapidly progressive form of periodontitis, which occurs in early age with specific tendency of manifesting within families. It is characterized by rapid loss of CAL and surrounding bone. Generalized form of AgP usually affects people under 35 years of age. Bone destruction and attachment loss are affecting at least 3 permanent teeth other than the first incisors and molars. Endo-paro lesions are relatively frequent complications with this type of periodontitis. When one of these two tissues is infected, microorganisms circulate between them, and infections from one tissue may cause pathology of another or exacerbate the current disease. Material and Methods: 26-year old female with clinical and radiographic evidence of severe attachment loss and bone destruction is diagnosed with generalized AgP with most affected upper left central incisor, with deep pockets PPD- 15 mm and tooth mobility class III, according to Miller. Deep scaling and root planing with endodontic treatment is performed. Metronidazole 3 x 400 mg, and Amoxicillin 2 x 500 mg for 8 days is prescribed. Tooth 21 was also splinted after perio therapy and before endo therapy. Results: After 2 years tooth 21 has no pockets and its mobility is class I, according to Miller. Conclusion: Correct treatment technique in shaping and filling of root canal with thorough deep scaling and root planning, supported by antibiotic therapy in this case, are the keys to successful healing.

This study was focused on determining the manganese (Mn) concentration in vegetative organs of 10 plant spe- cies (8 woody and 2 herbaceous), from four sites in the protected natural resource Kosmaj. The concentration of Mn was analyzed at the beginning of the vegetation period, during a two-year period (2012-2013). The results indicate a wide range of Mn concentrations, depending on site and plant species.

The development of technology and the means of labour in the technological process of forest harvesting in FBiH mainly depends on the factors related to the specific manner of forest management. The dominant share of mixed tall forests with natural regeneration, the selective manner of management and rather difficult natural conditions have resulted in the application of the cut-to-length method and to a lesser extent, the tree-length and semi-tree-length methods. On the basis of expert classification of the development phases in forest harvesting, it can be noted that wood assortment production in FBiH is currently partially mechanised. With the aim of defining measures for increasing productivity, lowering the costs and a greater humanisation of work, there has been an analysis of the current state of the means of work in all three phases of forest harvesting. The analysis included the following parameters: number of means in different phases, the type, the average age, ownership and technical planned obsolescence. All the data were collected through a survey which included all stakeholders (cantonal forest companies and private contractors). The results showed a satisfactory state only when chainsaws are concerned, i.e. the rather cheap tools. Other equipment (adapted tractors, skidders, trucks, etc.) has largely reached planned obsolescence. Their old age results in a low level of utilisation, i.e. an insufficient amount of working hours per year which eventually leads to a decrease in productivity and increase in expenses. Based on the data, it can be concluded that it is necessary to begin the process of new mechanisation procurement and the replacement of existing, time-worn and technologically obsolete machines with new ones. At the same time, it is clear that, in the conditions of low availability of investment capital and cheap labour force, this has to be a gradual process. In relation with this, the process should start in the most expensive phase - timber extraction, i.e. the phase in which the economic efficiency is unquestionable.

. Since its emergence, one of the most advertised opportunities offered by service oriented computing has been the possibility of composing loosely coupled services on a per need basis. Services, like Lego pieces, act as modular building blocks which are assembled when a given articulated user request comes and are ready to be reused for other requests. Over the years, the promise has been of reducing recoding and refactoring efforts while achieving scalability, run-time adaptability, and in fi nite reuse. After reviewing 12 years of personal experiences and research in dynamic service composition, going from initial work on composing trips based on a number of independent travel service operations to the more recent research in home and building automation where services often represent interconnected things in a de fi ned physical space, I will introduce our current efforts in building dynamic service composition frameworks. In particular, I will present the RuG-planner which is able to defer composition decisions to run-time and to seamlessly make revisions in response to a constantly evolving execution environments.
