Noise is any unwanted sound. This means that every sound effects (buzzing, noise, magnifier, speech and so on.), which interferes with work or rest, is noise. Communal noise generated by all noise sources that are found in the human environment, excluding the noise that occurs at the workplace in the industrial plants. It mainly comes from traffic and it's called traffic noise. Department of Public Health Vranje is authorized and accredited professional organization that performs measurements of noise pollution in the city of Vranje. Measurement of noise in both cycles included ten measuring points that are found in a residential area. The level of acoustical load at each measurement point is followed by three measurements in the daily interval and two measurements in a night interval. Made the daytime, evening and nighttime measurements at 53 measuring points (a total of 159 measurements) over a period of 15 minutes of noise. From the 53 measuring points are higher noise level at measuring point 51 (almost all measuring points) and ranges from 2 to 47.2 dB (tab. 1 Measuring points of noise pollution Vranje-2015-day / evening / night ). The way to combat environmental noise largely depends on the degree of development, economy, culture and politics. There is no estimate on the world level about the impact of noise on the environment and human health as well as estimates of the price of that impact. The existence of a modern harmonized with European regulations normative acts will be aimed at the maximum limit and control the exposure of the population of acoustic pollution.

Lichen is a symbiotic plant built by the cells of algae and fungi hyphae. Algae are usually presented - green (Chlorophyta) or blue green (Cyanophyta), a mushroom commonly found is ascomycetae and sometimes basidiomycetae. Mushrooms receive oxygen and carbohydrates from algae, and they in turn provide water, CO2 and mineral salts. Lichens are often found on trees and rocks in unpolluted environments and can be used as a bioindicator species. In during 2015-2016. was realized a survey of epiphytic lichen flora of the western mountains in environment of Vranje. Sampling was carried out at 4 locations: Borino brdo, Krstilovica, Markovo Kale and Pljackovica. Based on the collected and determined samples can be concluded that the study implemented of the area of 25 species of lichens of which: 8 as crust, leafy 12 and 5 shrub. The research results indicate that the lichen flora of the western mountains environments Vranje of a rich and diverse as a result of favorable geographic position, geological and soil composition, climate and plant cover that provide opportunities for the development and survival of lichens.

The position of women in our society today is such that they constantly have to prove that they are capable of achieving the set targets and goals in their careers. In the world, as well as in Serbia, a lot has been done in this area and women still continue to work on gender equality and aim at constantly improving their position in all segments of society. Women who strive to achieve leadership positions in their careers have to continuously work on their professional development and show initiative to solve everyday tasks set before them. In Serbia, the trend of placing women in managerial positions is increasing rapidly each year, which leads to increased significance of the role of women in business decision making and society at large. The goal of conducted research in the City Administration of Belgrade was to prove the existence of gender equality and the equal status of women, as well as to show that there are opportunities which they can use to advance in their careers and become equal with men.

Background/Aim. The values of the Böhler’s angle (BA) are relevant parameters for diagnosis, management and prognosis of the calcaneal fracture and the outcome. Range of normal values of Böhler’s angle (BA) in adults varies depending on the examined population, age, gender or ethnicity. The aim of this study was to determine the range of normal values of the Böhler’s angle in the central part of Serbia. Methods. The lateral foot radiographs of 225 subjects (111 males and 114 females) without calcaneal fractures, divided into 6 age groups were observed to determine the normal values of the Böhler’s angle by using the IMPAX 6.5.2.114 Enterprise software. Obtained values for Böhler’s angle were compared among gender and groups using appropriate statistical tests. Results. The mean of Böhler’s angle in observed population was 34.06°, ranging from 25.1° to 49.5° and was higher in males than in females included in our study. Gender difference was statistically significant. The distribution of the mean BA across the age groups showed tendency of decreasing with age and the highest BA was found in the youngest group. Conclusion. The findings presented in this paper confirmed the existence of wide range of BA values as well as its gender and age differences.

In this paper, the electrochemical properties of high - purity aluminium with the addition of small amounts of gallium at high cathodic potentials have been investigated. The anodic current was followed through time in order to determine the quantity of charge needed for the formed substances oxidation. Anodic current responses for the period of 1 s were recorded. Time responses for the cathodic and anodic currents were recorded and showed in characteristic diagrams. The range of low and high cathodic potentials (LCP, HCP) was defined for all samples. For the experimental work, standard electrochemical cell with saturated calomel electrode (SCE) and platinum counter electrode were used. The solution 2 M NaF was used for this work.

Conducting business by using the internet has become an everyday occurrence in all spheres of economy, as well as in the tourism sector. There is an increasing number of agencies in the world that conduct their business almost completely on-line. The aim of this research was to examine what characterizes the process of implementation of electronic business with tourist agencies in Serbia on the sample of 65 companies, and whether it differs depending on certain business characteristics. For that purpose, EBusTour model was developed that consists of 14 items grouped into four categories: online communication, online promotion, impact on sales and working hours reduction vs. sales improvement. As far as tourist agencies in Serbia are concerned, the results of the application of EBusTour model show that the most common activity in this field is basic online promotion (website implementation), followed by effects on sales. The paper also investigates whether there are differences in e-business implementation in relation to the characteristics such as: years in business, the type of licence (tour operator or sales agent) and the type of market (incoming, outgoing or combined).
