Pravovremena identifikacija i upravljanje rizicima postaju ključni faktori održivosti kompanija i sigurnosti poslovnih i informacionih sistema. (ENG) This paper focuses on the use of machine learning and the use of dedicated AI databases to create solutions based on an improved algorithm for preventive risk management, and real-time risk prediction. The paper analyses the existing standard, its shortcomings and solutions for improvement, and the structure and algorithmic basis of these systems, as well as their integration into existing security architectures and platforms. The work includes the detection of threats based on anomalies and the analysis of established user behavior according to given patterns, risk assessment and proactive detection of attacks. Timely identification and management of risks are becoming key factors in corporate sustainability and security of business and information systems. Predictive analytics, based on artificial intelligence, machine learning and big data analytics, bring transformational opportunities in areas such as industry, finance, healthcare, which in the modern era are connected by cybersecurity and risk prediction that help decision makers to manage systems more efficiently and protect them. An integrative approach to harmonizing these technologies, especially considering the organizational structure and legal framework, includes issues of reliability and transparency of models, as well as accountability for automated decisions, privacy protection and compliance with legislation. The aim of the paper is to provide a comprehensive overview of technological and methodological innovations in predictive protection against cyber risks, and to identify directions for future development with a special focus on the security, ethics and reliability of AI systems.

Bosnia and Herzegovina is a country rich in natural resources and geo-strategically positioned in the heartland of the Balkans, which through its turbulent and inspiring history was the desired goal of various conquering empires. From the ancient Romans, through the Ottomans, Austro-Hungarians, Germans and all the way to the closest neighbours. On that difficult path of building a thousand-year statehood, it was affected by various socio-political crises that left a mark and, as a rule, slowed down its economic growth and self-sustainability of both the socio-political system and the general state of security of its critical subjects and infrastructures. In its different stages of statehood and statehood, Bosnia and Herzegovina faced different types of threats, from passive to active resistance, from frequent riots to open wars and opposition to invaders and usurpers of its territory and its wealth. Looking at our history, we learn from our ancestors, preparing based on their experience for the modern challenges of today. It is of great importance for scientists, researchers and practitioners to apply analytical - synthetic and general - social methods of data collection, in order to properly set themselves according to the definition of research problems and objectives, and to determine the methodology that will lead to effective and applicable solutions satisfying social and scientific objectives. Analysing the problem of determining and organizing the area of protection of critical subjects and infrastructures, we cannot help but notice one of the biggest threats to the vital lifeblood of the Bosnian society, namely its complex socio-political organization and the influence it generates as such on all segments of sustainability and security. This work contributes to the development and strengthening of the preventive security awareness of all those who in the future will deal with strengthening the capacity to protect critical entities in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Science is built upon the continuous re-evaluation of evidence and empirical research driven by the desire for success and the fear of failure, while religion is based on the unconditional acceptance of original dogmatic traditions and fundamental principles of belief in God and eternal reward, coupled with the fear of divine punishment. Metaphysics, as the foundation of philosophical scientific thought, examines the nature of reality and existence, asking questions about what exists, why, in which time, space, and causality. Disaster risk management is an exact scientific discipline established on metaphysical examinations of causes and phenomena, along with mathematical models of prediction and consequence analysis. This paper explores the intriguing correlation between the logical relationships of metaphysical principles and disaster risk management. By delving into the philosophical realm of metaphysics, we analyze concepts such as uncertainty, causality, and the nature of reality. Drawing correlative connections, we examine the development of a logical matrix of cause and effect to better understand metaphysical principles that can timely alert decision-makers and improve their risk management strategies. Researching the interconnections of fundamental principles in the domains of risk, impact, and response capacity to crises offers a fresh perspective on addressing uncertainty and making informed decisions in complex situations. Conclusions will be defined using analytical-deductive and synthetic methods, comparing the relationship between metaphysics and applied science within the framework of the multimillennial challenges faced by humanity, from the time of Noah's flood to contemporary crises and approaches to resolving them. The paper will scientifically determine risks, impacts, and capacities for more effective responses to climatic and socio-political crises, challenging the professionalscientific community to proactively offer answers to the question: Can the acceptance and understanding of the 3D logical model of integrated application of metaphysics and risk management contribute to reducing the vulnerability of humankind?
