: Although the peace process in B&H has made visible progress in the past two decades, B&H is still far from the real solution to its political problems, among which the (non)equality of the Croatian people is emphasized in relation to the other two constituent peoples. That is one of the cause of instability and the limitations of its faster progress on the European path. Therefore, some important assumptions for achieving the equality of the Croatian people for European B&H have been considering. The first part of the paper is devoted to assessments and reviews of relevant institutions and individuals on the (non) equality of the Croatian people in “Dayton B&H”. In the second part of the paper, some important assumptions for the achievement of the equality of the Croatian people have been made and finally the attainment of the equality of all its constituent peoples and citizens. They include: reaching the consensus of legitimately elected representatives of all three constituent peoples on the need for constitutional changes and the adoption of constitutional arrangements for B&H based on the principle of equal rights for all three pe-oples; then initiating constitutional changes and implementing other reforms; fulfilling the basic conditions related to functioning of democracy, respect of human rights, fundamental human freedoms and the rule of law; and ensuring the support of the most important international actors in initiating the constitutional changes process and adopting a new solution to the constitutional order of B&H, in which all three peoples would have the same position. Finally, it is concluded that securing the aforementioned assumptions can lead to the equality of the Croatian people with the other two constituent peoples, and thus to the state in which for B&H a long-term perspective of a more capable developmental future and the achievement of European B&H will open.
The realization of modern business, activities and projects poses increasing demands and challenges to project managers. Therefore, modern project management practices are inconceivable without the help of project management software. This paper describes and compares the most commonly used project management software with emphasis on the need for careful selection based on the required software features and other criteria such as software price, necessary implementation time and education of future users and an example of Microsoft Project application in project planning.
Abstract In this paper wants to stress the importance of connection between organisational Lean tools and software tools that have great flexibility and ability to adapt to business processes of companies. LEAN management means creating more value for the customer by using fewer resources. Lean organisation knows which values their customers require and focuses its key processes to continuously add value to the customer. Elimination of losses in the whole process in stead of in certain parts of the system only creates processes that need less human effort, less space, less capital and less time to develop a product or to perform a service. On the other side, CRM as a concept and software tool have significantly contributed to improving relationship with customers. Development of CRM system is oriented by xRM (Anything relationship management). Processes which can be covered with these solutions are no longer related to relations with customers only, but to a large number of other processes such as managing relationships with suppliers, managing employee relations and managing machinery maintenance. This work wants to show that combining concepts of xRM and Lean can lead to the increase of efficiency and transparency of business processes.
