In this paper a method to control the output current of a three-phase grid connected two-level converter is presented. The current control approach is a finite control set model predictive control with sphere decoding. Sphere decoding algorithm gives a computationally efficient solution of the problem for long horizons. The goal of the control algorithm is to minimize the grid current tracking error and switching frequency. These goals are met with the choice of the appropriate cost function. Simulations are carried out in order to investigate the proposed current control approach. The influence of control parameters on the control objectives is investigated through simulations.

Constant changes in the market and technological advancements condition swift outdating of knowledge and require staff that is open to changes, flexible, proactive, and adaptable. Human resources required by travel agencies must have the basic knowledge of economy, geography, catering, transportation, consumer psychology, and must know at least one additional foreign language. Considering the fact that quality of service in tourism mostly depends on the interaction of the service providers and guests, it is expected of the employees to always smile, be polite, U D C 3 3 8 . 4 8 : 3 7 ( 4 9 7 . 1 1 ) D O I : 1 0 . 5 9 3 7 / t i m s a c t 1 1 1 4 1 9 6 P R E G L E D N I Č L A N A K 2017. Elderly people, especially those institutionalized in long-term care facilities, are at risk of various oral diseases. The aim of the study was to determine the incidence of hyposalivation and colonization/oral fungal infection of oral cavity with yeasts, as well as dental status in institutionalized and non-institutionalized elderly. The study included 280 institutionalized and 61 non-institutionalized elderly people. Salivary flow rate, oral colonization with yeasts/oral infection and dental status were assessed and compared between the groups. The institutionalized elderly had a significantly lower salivary flow rate (p=0.035). Oral colonization with yeasts was more frequently found in institutionalized elderly (p<0.001) as compared with non-institutionalized elderly. A negative correlation was found between decreased salivary flow rate and oral yeast colonization and oral fungal infection in both the institutionalized (rs=-0.58; p<0.05) and non-institutionalized (rs=-0.52; p<0.05) groups. A significant difference in DMFT index was observed between the two groups (p<0.001). A negative correlation between decreased salivary flow rate and dental status was found in both the institutionalized (rs=-0.22; p<0.05) and non-institutionalized (rs=-0.56; p<0.05) groups. The results revealed a significantly higher level of hyposalivation and oral yeast colonization and poorer dental status in the institutionalized group as compared with the non-institutionalized group of elderly people.

Photography, as the most powerful means of tourist propaganda and one of the strongest stimulants for travelling, has been developing almost parallel with tourist movements, continually interlacing over the time. The rapid development of photographic and marketing technology has led to the fact that today an image of every tourist destination is easily accessible for everyone. Therefore, in modern means of communication there are a number of different visual depictions of each single photographed space. Majority of those images represent ?photogenic? and groomed spaces, while undesirable sights are missing, for the sake of commercial tourist market demand. In a form of an experimental research, photos containing slum images and other realistic representations of popular tourist destinations were selected and displayed to respondents, followed by questions related to their subjective opinions, emotions and intentions to visit or know more about. The aim of this paper is to contribute to tourism and anthropological research by pointing out that representing a destination as a commodity may harm the overall tourist impressions, unless we consider a non-commercial photography as a potential medium to promote a tourist destination in a more realistic way, and thus inspire the desire for traveling in order to meet local culture and experience a real ?spirit? of a destination.

Contemporary forms of business in tourism impose new trends conditioned by an ever-increasing number of tourists travelling in the world today. It is an undeniable fact that tourists are increasingly demanding and that it is not a simple task to satisfy all their needs and expectations. Tourist satisfaction is an important strategic weapon on which success of a tourist destination is dependent. Customer satisfaction often results in prolonged stay in a tourist place, which is certainly dependent on a fair relationship between the service user and provider, but also on the way in which that service has been delivered. Meeting the expected level of satisfaction should be a common attitude, as the emotional reaction of the visitor is based on the difference between the expected and the delivered service. A basic indicator of customer satisfaction in tourism are revisits of a tourist destination. Guests visit many destinations several times during their lifetimes, which clearly indicates that satisfaction with time spent at a certain place leads to the intention of revisiting. On the other hand, an increasingly large share of family business in tourism, especially the accommodation sector, can be directly related to the tendency of achieving tourist satisfaction through an experience based on a direct contact with service providers. Successful hosts have already realized that their guests must not be perceived merely as numbers, but need to strive towards creating a personal relationship that would generate satisfaction. The practice of renting out accommodation in private homes and households has been present in Montenegro for decades. Moreover, that form of accommodation is numerically superior to all other kinds. The goal of this paper is to explore the satisfaction of customers with services offered on tourist destinations and to establish in what way it affects the successfulness of family business based on private accommodation facilities. Research described in this paper was conducted in the coastal town of Sutomore (Bar municipality) in the Republic of Montenegro, which has been recording a significant growth of tourist visits in the recent years. The paper demonstrates the results of survey research created according to the qualitest model, conducted on a sample of 160 tourists accommodated in private accommodation premises. The results obtained will serve to propose measures for improvement the tourism offer.
