Objective: We present here an uncommon case of orbital metastasis secondary to vesicular thyroid carcinoma treated with radio‑iodine. Materials and Methods: Case report. Results: In 2002, a 62 old woman had developed a right exophthalmia with decrease in visual acuity. CT concluded to intra‑orbital tumoral process. MRI was impossible to underwent because of the body weight of the patient. Biopsy concluded to a vesicular thyroid carcinoma metastasis.
